the writing in the outermost ring is old hungarian rovásírás lettering but it's flipped over so it's a mirror image of normal rovásírás text. it translates to, clockwise from top right: alizer, alessa, dahlia, incubas. i couldn't tell you what those mean, though.
from what i hear through spock that's tricky going, figuring out how much is real and how much is bullshit. well, more than i guess might be usual for cult-related stuff.
