not good tbh. can't sleep. not eating. currently in the replimat angrily mashing up food. well. i was, but at this exact moment i have actual people talking to me irl wow. so i'm at least attempting to put some of this food into my mouth instead of murdering it.

If someone sitting there in front of you is enough to get you to actually eat something, then good. Get people to come eat meals with you.
